Integrated stamping and plastics technology

Innovation through integration! The equipment of our plastics technology department is state of the art. Whether 2K technology, fully automatic reel-to-reel insert moulding, automatic parts packaging or process-accompanying testing – we integrate all necessary work steps in the production process after determining the layout with you. Even the bending and punching of filigree leadframes is included in the injection moulding process.

For rapid and flexible implementation of layout specifications, generally vertical machines with clamping forces of 25 to 130 tons are available.

Even special applications such as fully automatic painting, HV testing and punching of lead frames and complete installation of assemblies including cable harness integration are integral parts of our capabilities. Moreover the equipment of diods, LED's and resistors on insert moulded lead frames has been integrated in our automatic lines.
